Deposits : 50% of the reserved value of the booking on confirmation of booking. Minimum deposit 1 night.
Confirmed Reservations : Bookings are confirmed at time of deposit.
We reserve the right to alter rates without notification except on confirmed reservations.

Cancellation Fees :
Cancellation 30-14 days prior to arrival = 25% of reserved value.
Less than 14 days prior to arrival = 50% of reserved value.
Early depart or no show = 100% of reserved value.
Check in 3 pm/Checkout: 11am.
